Eligibility for Refund

Audio Accessories

We accept returns for audio accessories within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we offer a full refund or exchange.

Vintage Car Parts

Due to the nature of vintage car parts, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. All parts must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please check compatibility and condition before purchasing, as we do not accept returns for parts that have been installed or altered in any way. Defective or damaged parts are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Knowledge Books

We accept returns for books within 7 days of delivery. Books must be in new, resellable condition (no bent pages, marks, or damage). If the book is damaged or not as described, you can request a full refund or exchange.

HOW TO REQUEST FOR REFUND

To initiate a return, please contact us at mrmmall@zohomail.com within the time frame mentioned above. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization (RA):

If your return is eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Return Shipping Costs:

For faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to customer preference, you will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges for faulty or damaged products. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Audio Accessories: Opened, used items, or those with missing components.
  • Vintage Car Parts: Parts that have been installed, modified, or are not in original condition.
  • Books: Books with damaged packaging or that show signs of use (e.g., bent pages, writing, etc.).

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
